I’m editing my henna video and I came across the old video that I recorded a year ago!!
Thinking back… I used 1 box of Henna last time… I probably could have used more this time!!

wow, I can see it. Your hair has really grown. I’ve recently big chopped after 16 months transitioning. I am at a lost. Should I be changing my regiment and if so what should it look like? Also have you ever tried bentonite (sp) clay? What do you think about it..

I have not tried bentonite clay (I have no idea how to spell it either! lol!) but I have watched some youtube videos and heard great things about it. Maybe I’ll look into it and try it out one day!
If you feel like your hair is extra dry, or lacking something, you might want to change something in your routine. But don’t change everything at once, because then you will never know what worked or not. Just change one thing at a time!

What are the benefits of Henna and how often should you do it?
Henna makes my hair strong, smooth and shiny! :0) i try to do it every 6 months or so, but it’s been a while. Check out hennaforhair.com! There’s some great info on that site!
